[PC] Interest check for an official league

Hey guys! Just putting this out there for our PC-users. Here you can announce your interest in participating in official manual tournaments on your platform. When/If the interest is high enough we will definitely organize an official tournament for you, just as the one we're having on PS4 now.

So just leave a comment claiming that you would be interested, recruit some of your manual friends and then we'll try to get it going!
