i think we need to spand our player base. was thinking would it be good idea to go throught seasons leaderboards, choose manual top 100 players and just send some sort of message requesting players to join our manual league. if we manage to send to all 100 i bet atleast 10% would be intrested witch means we would get third division up

They may not have the same mindset of us, maybe they just want to win. A suggestion I would say is play Seasons, set the controls to Manual so you only play manual players. IF you see anybody who plays good football and doesn't run around like a headless chicken, or push freekicks / goalkicks / throwins, than send them a MSG explaining what this site is and what we like to do and invite them along. |

well, i think most of the people didnt know each other when they joined this league and i have not played anyone
yet who plays whit bad mindset. maybe it would be wise to put together some sort of gentlemans rules. coz at times im confused what im allowed to do. and to be quite hones people prefer different playing styles, some like possesion, barca like football others may like fast counter football. its really unfair to say one way is allowed and other isnt. what i do agree is that one should not exploit glitches in the game or use unfair tactics. and i seriously think we should discuss what is considered unfair tactic. i would love if we had 4-5 divisions. that we would get more players to our proclub and that we would be able to arrange some sort of 2vs2 tournaments.

I like what Spacedeck is on to. Find those who are likewise as us in the first place but of course we won't close the door on any manual player because that's a sign that there are some good thoughts going on in their heads. If they want to depend on their own skill then surely they would anticipate the idea of playing good football in a nice way aswell. We have to convince them it's the way to play and that the game gets a lot more enjoyable like that, we have to create that kind of atmosphere for each other.
About that third division though; Since our 2nd division so far has been a flopp I wouldn't rush into opening a third division until we have two reliable and fully working divisions.

We should keep our two divisions for now like Daadoo says until we have two full running ones.
But we need one big league where we all play each other and new players can join in at ANY time,play your games at your own pace that way the site stays active. We can also use that to see what kind of player they are and to see how active they are going to be. Then they can be offered a spot in our main divisions. It's a turn off to come to the site and see that there is no room, some probably never come back.
I was looking through a Spanish based manual players website with transfers and two divisions around 30/40 players and I know that it is possible. We just have to lure them in here and make sure they can join and be active right away.
