Right kind people please can someone explain to me how to make a team sheet to use on online matches? I know how to make one but how do you make it to appear to select it before a friendly or season match? If I sound thick I'm sorry im really old!

Okay go and make a new team sheet, name it something don't leave it named default.
Then when invited to game, move the cursor over team management but don't actually press x to select it instead when highlighted flick the right analog stick and ta da! Don't try to do anything to it for it will mess up your lineup.

Basically you create a team sheet and save it with any name. Then you go on and pick your team, your opponent does the same. Then, instead of going into team management and changing the line-up manually, you simply use the right analog stick to switch between the different team sheets that are setup for your team by going left or right.
When it comes to Online H2H Seasons it works as always, the game saves all your changes automatically which makes the team sheet useless in that case but it's very useful for friendlies, I've started to use it this season and it's very comfortable.
